I loved exploring Finalborgo and Finale Ligure. Medieval + Mediterranean charm.

Just like the unique ways in which we navigate our life, traveling is a really personal journey. Where you go (city, nature, a combo), how you spend your time (museum-hopping, adventure-seeking, savoring local eats), and what you prefer to pack (travel food, healing herbs, books) are all reflections of your values and needs.

With summer in full swing and clients and friends bopping off to Italy and across Europe, I’ve been asked about my own travel routines and packing lists. Questions range from what snacks and supplements I bring to what I recommend seeing, doing, and eating—be it cafés and cultural delights, or physical and emotional tools to cultivate balance whilst abroad.

I’m happy to offer my go-to mind-body holistic health practices—but everyone has their own needs and goals, so remember the importance of staying true to yourself and doing what you feel is best for you. This encompasses paying attention to and not ignoring yourself—your heartfelt desires and physical / mental health symptoms.

And personally, whether I’m camping, on a long car or train ride, or taking a flight—my main goals are to be as healthy, mindful, and ecologically conscious as possible, without sacrificing my sanity.

In that sense, what I bring and what I practice embodies those values—both en route to and while at the final destination (and beyond).
