A bit about me:

Growing up, I tried a variety of sports and had aspirations to be everything I learned about in school when I grew up: archaeologist (let’s be honest, I wanted to be a dinosaur), dancer, artist, singer, actor, writer, marine biologist, fashion designer.

The one constant in my life was dance, which is what ultimately brought me to yoga.

At the University of California, Santa Barbara I studied dance, French, and graduated with a BA in theater design. I went on to receive an MFA in fashion merchandising from Academy of Art University in San Francisco, but my heart was always set on being of service to others.

Somewhere along the way to finishing my thesis on sustainable fashion, I deduced that I was able to do this through yoga, meditation, nutrition, and mindfulness.

After moving to New York in 2010, I dedicated myself to deepening my yoga practice and studying nutrition. I gratefully fell into Anya Porter’s Breakti® movement, which further inspired me to teach yoga myself. I completed a certification program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and started offering holistic health coaching.

I noticed that all of these mindfulness tools went hand in hand, and they all turned my world right-side up.

In 2019 I relocated to Paris - then to Nice in 2022 - in continual pursuit of both learning and sharing my studies and experiences with yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, nutrition, sustainability, and global interconnectedness.

As a Certified Holistic Health Coach, I support clients in cultivating customized practices that are easy to maintain for optimal health of the body and mind.

As a Certified Yoga Teacher of over 11 years with a background in sustainable fashion, I believe in an integrative approach to health – for mind, body, and planet.

As a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Yeacher, I teach non-dogmatic meditation and applicable mindfulness practices inspired by ancient teachings – including occasional insights from modern-day psychology – in relation to everyday life.

Whether you are an individual, a group of like-minded friends, a couple learning to work with each other around these various topics, or a corporation looking to integrate wellness into the workplace – let’s discuss how I might be able to support you on this meaningful and nourishing lifestyle journey.
